The audio output wire is probably not an RCA out (red and white), but is more than likely a 1/4" TS output connection. Thats the one that looks like the end of a headphone cord but is way bigger

This isn't meant to connect to a TV, but to something with a 1/4" mic input, like a PA system or stereo system. And this isnt a karaoke machine, just a wireless mic.
