How much should I maximum pay for a second hand Raleigh Bandicoot Mountain Bike with a broken left pedal.?
I want to buy a second hand Raleigh Bandicoot Mountain Bike which costs about £350 new. The bike is in excellent condition, apart from the broken left pedal that needs replacing. Any idea on what the value of this second hand bike could be?
I have had a good look at the bike and the seller told me he had to take the pedal of to store the bike. He managed to break the pedal when he tried putting the right pedal on the left crankarm.....There are no scratches on the frame and the left crankarm is in good shape, so it doesn't look like he crashed it. I'll try and bring the price down to £100-120. Thanks a lot for all the replies and I'll let you know the result 
I would say 150. Second hand items are usually less than 50% of the price when it's new.
