Is the Guitar Hero guitar rigged?

My friend brought her guitar over so we could play 2 player on guitar hero. I noticed that her guitar was a bit harder to play for some reason (my guitar is from Guitar Hero 1). I realised that with the newer one, the guitar from Guitar Hero II, the blue button is harder to press than all the others. Its not because it hasnt been used often because the orange button seems fine. I went to another friend's house and her guitar was the same as my other friends, which was the new guitar aswell. The blue button was still harder the press than all the others. Is this the case with all of the guitars or did I just happen to stumble across 2 guitar controllers that had the same manufacturing fault?

no its not rigged, just some of the guitars have different button styles, for instance the cordless ones buttons are alot harder to press, its just your guitar buy a diff one and itll be diff
