How much would a Fender Stratocaster cost?
I know its an exceptionally general question but what is the price range for a used Strat (not special edition or anything, just a decent condition regular guitar)? Is there a difference in quality if it is Mexican, American or Japanese?
Mexican - Lower Quality
American - higher Quality
Japanese - no clue hahahha Japanese production has been on and off and very irregular so it goes depending on which specific time period
i would DEFINITELY go for american though - its worth it going a little higher because you get better sound, feeling, and balance, and will keep its value longer if you take good care of it
so yea the american i believe is averaged as $1000 new, while mexican goes for around $350 new
as the person below me said, mexican fenders have nothing really wrong with them, just that personally americans feel and sound better
