How to take care of my guitar?
Ok,,,, I have Fender electric that I purchased abouts 9 months ago. I changed string few times but nothing else.
What should I do with my guitar to keep it clean and useful forever???
If you could, tell me the things I need to buy(such as polish, oil, string cleaner, etc...) and how i can use them....
Also,,, how often should I use them....

Sometimes it just isn't worth reading the junk that some people write as advice. The sorry thing is that they are trying to be helpful and if you follow their advice you just may ruin your guitar.
Get a good hard shell case that fits your guitar. Store the guitar in this when not in use.
Wipe down your guitar with a soft cloth after a gig or practice. Don't use furniture polish, lemon oil etc. If you feel the need to use a polish, go to your local guitar shop and ask what they recommend. Same with the neck and fingerboard. Oils build up against the frets as does dirt and stuff from your fingers.
With an electric, which I don't play, but common sense says I would do this: Take your guitar in for a set up check periodically to make sure the tuners are Ok, the truss rod is adjusted properly, the pick ups are wired and no loose wires, volume and tone knobs are working properly. Use quality strings, cover your belt buckle when playing. Avoid extreme heat and cold changes.
Depending on which Fender you have purchased, changing pick ups and, I don't know why you would want to replace the neck, so don't, may decrease the value of the guitar because you replaced original equipment. Also this isn't a car, you don't go out and get a new paint job!
